(Al-Lail) 92 : 4
إِنَّ سَعْيَكُمْ لَشَتَّىٰ
Indeed, your efforts are surely different.
Just as the Night and the Day are different, and the bodies of Male and Female are different, the efforts of all human beings are also different. That means, whether Male or Female, the aim and intention behind any deed of two individuals are different, and thus the reward for the same deed will also be different for different persons.
